To accept all the recommendations, except to divide half of the money allocated to the Richmond Parkway and use half of that to address as many projects on the list that are of high priority, that are the highest dangers, the highest kind of issue, to continue to address the issues that constituents have been bringing forward and have been waiting to be addressed. Vice Mayor Robinson amended her motion to have the director of Public Works provide the best way to take a reasonable amount of projects from the high priority list and also accomplish something on the Richmond Parkway.
