AUTHORIZE the city clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the Project with the Contra Costa County Recorder’s Office
and AUTHORIZE the city engineer to execute and release applicable bonds and retention – Public Works Department (Wendy Wellbrock 510-307-8108/Daniel Chavarria 510-620-5478).
