APPROVE the cancellation of the July 15 and 22, and August 5, 2025, Regular City Council meetings and APPROVE an amendment to the Richmond City Council recess to begin Tuesday, July 2, 2025; Council will reconvene regular meetings on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 - City Clerk’s Office (Pamela Christian 510-620-6513).
