The Richmond City Council and the West Contra Costa Unified School District Boardmembers received a presentation regarding approved/planned residential development in the City of Richmond from City Planning and Building Services Director Richard Mitchell. 1,981 new residences either under construction or going through entitlement process as of January 2018.
